The place was fairly clean and gorgeous. the staff at the reception desk were welcoming and incredibly nice. the location for Alton was marvellous and handy, just next door to the new restaurant and bar. It was at a short distance from Flood Meadows.

The location was marvellous and easy, for example, Alton Assembly Rooms Event Venue was not too far from the hotel. I got a luxurious and immaculate room with clean towels, a very comfortable bed Excellent choice, for instance.

This accommodation had a central setting in easy walking distance of the town's eateries. The room was big size and huge with a balcony and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Everything was great and the staff were very welcoming.

Great location with easy parking and clean facilities. The breakfast had a good variety and options for cooked-to-order eggs, which were delicious. The warm and friendly staff made me feel safe and relaxed as a solo female traveler. The coffee was especially nice.
The bed was too soft and the pillow was uncomfortable. The room at the front of the hotel was noisy, impacting my sleep.
